Reflection on 2006, Happy New Year
Happy New Year! Can you feel the excitement in the air about what 2007 has for us? I can't wait to get started. We had wonderful friends at our home last night and we started the new year with prayer and thanksgiving to Him who created all.We also spent some time in reflection about all that God has done through us. We must never forget that it is not about us, it's all about Christ!
The totals for Healing Hands for 2006 are just incredible. Remember, we didn't start clinics until Feb. 2006. So this is not even a full year.
Number of clinic events: 59
Number of patient visits: 1,343
Number of volunteer encounters for these 59 events: 599
Thank you for all of your prayers and support. We know that God will do even more in 2007. If you would like to learn more about how you can become a part of this awesome team, our next meeting will be Sunday, February 4th at 4pm at the Annex I (Suite A). Our January 7th meeting has been cancelled due to other events.
